Business Retreat and Mastermind

Spearfish by Day. Build by Night. Accelerate Always.

Escape the noise. Sharpen your edge. Rekindle the mindset that made you start in the first place.

Welcome to the Spearfishing Business Mastermind — a one-of-a-kind business retreat designed for just 5 driven founders, operators, and decision-makers ready to push through growth plateaus and reimagine what's next.

Held in remote, pristine Papua New Guinea, this experience fuses the thrill of spearfishing with deep strategic collaboration. By day, you’ll hunt in crystal waters teeming with life. By night, you’ll sharpen your business vision around the fire — not in theory, but with real-time input from other high-calibre leaders who get it.

What to Expect:

• 5 Founders. No Tourists.
This is an invite-only mastermind for serious operators. No fluff. No spectators. Just real business leaders committed to levelling up — and helping you do the same.

• Remote PNG Wilderness:
Based in the same raw, remote reef system as our spearfishing expeditions — but with an entirely different focus. Disconnect from distraction. Reconnect to clarity, purpose, and possibility.

• Daily Spearfishing Missions:
Experience flow, courage, presence, and patience — then carry those qualities back into your leadership and strategy. Ocean time is business time here.

• Evening Mastermind Sessions:
Each night we dive into your business challenges and opportunities. Structured frameworks, roundtable support, and idea-storming with minds that speak your language.

• Real Talk, Real Growth:
This isn’t another conference keynote. It’s fireside insights, brutal honesty, and big vision. You’ll walk away with solutions, strategies, and lifelong allies.

• Every Moment Counts:
From reef to campfire to downtime convos — this trip is designed so that every moment builds your business. Insight, mindset, skillset — forged in salt, sweat, and smart company.

Why This Mastermind Works:

Because true breakthroughs don’t happen between email checks and meeting fatigue. They happen when you get away from the noise, surround yourself with legends, and give your business the focused time it deserves.

This isn’t a holiday. It’s an investment in your growth, your business, and your clarity of direction.
And yes — it’s tax-deductible. Every part of this trip is focused on increasing your business knowledge, capabilities, and strategy.
